My name is Jas and I am a World Options partner based in West Bromwich. We have a small dedicated team which allows us to focus on our customers and deliver excellent customer experience. I have worked in the parcel industry for over 20 years and decided to become a partner 2 years ago. Outside work, I love spending quality time with my wife and children as well as playing football and going to the gym.

What makes you passionate about your business?

It was a dream to open a shipping business and use my experience in the industry to serve customers. I’m passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers and enjoy the challenges each day brings. Our customers depend on us to provide a hassle-free service and I’m passionate about meeting their expectations and beyond.

How do you feel your offering makes a difference? How do you stand out as a World Options partner?

We aim to exceed expectation at every giving opportunity and go the extra mile for our customers. Delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of our business as we know how important that is to our customers. We have a dedicated Account Management and Customer Service team who are ready to help our customers when they needs us.

Can you detail your service offering? How do you help your customers?

We try to understand our customers’ needs from the beginning so we can tailor their requirements. We know each customer is different therefore we try make our service as personal as possible. We also support our customers by having a dedicated customer service champion who proactively monitors our customer’s shipments to make sure everything runs smoothly for them, We support in every area from quoting on shipments to IT set up support.

What kind of experience did you have before becoming a World Options partner?

I have always worked in the parcel industry from the age of 19. I started off delivering parcel as a courier then moved into Telesales and Account Management for DPD Group UK. I then spent the last 18 years as a Strategic Account Manager looking after the Top 50 Accounts for DPD Group. This involved managing relationships with major UK retailers such as Halfords and AO.com to name a few.

What do you feel is key to the success of your business?

Customer Service is key to the success of our business. We value every single customer and try to exceed expectations at every opportunity. Therefore, our top priority will always be our customers and giving them the best service money can buy.

How do you go the extra mile for your customers?

There are many ways go the extra mile for our customers. We build strong relationships from the start and maintain them by always being there for them when needed. Our customers know they can trust us and ask for advice on all aspects of shipping. We maintain regular contact and keep our clients updated on industry updates that may affect them. We also welcome feedback from our customers and ask them how we can improve, as we focus on building successful partnerships with all our clients.
