A UPS Access Point™ location is a retail outlet, like a corner shop, mini supermarket or petrol station that is a UPS parcel delivery and collection point.
World Options customers can enjoy the flexibility of booking UPS shipments through the World Options online shipping portal and select the “Drop Off” option when booking.
The “Drop Off” option means you are required to drop off the parcel at an nearest UPS Access Point store, depending on the time of day your shipment will be stored at the location and collected the same day or next working day by UPS.
Important
The package dropped off at a UPS Access Point™ location must not exceed 20kg in weight or 80cm in length and must already include a prepaid shipping label.

Sending Parcels For Collection At A UPS Access Point™
You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to a UPS Access Point location nearest to the receiver, a notification alert via email or SMS will be sent when the parcel has arrived and is ready for collection. The receiver is required to present a recognised form of photo ID to collect the parcel.
