Empire Mail & Logistics was formed in August 2020 by founders and friends Matt and Marco, who having previously worked in the courier industry for over 20 years combined, decided that they wanted to be the ‘masters’ of their own destiny.
The timing was challenging, especially on the back of Brexit and the unforeseen impact of the Corona Virus. However, we focussed on the positives and have learnt so much to do with shipping services and the ‘headache’ that the customs process brings to UK-based businesses (especially when dealing with Europe).
We have a network of shipping partners, from domestic couriers right through to larger international freight (and everything in between!) which allows us to access aggressively priced shipping services.
We are also a reseller for many international courier companies, such as DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT via our World Options franchise.
So, if you are struggling with any aspect of your shipping and want someone to ‘ease the pain,’ then why not give us a shout and we can have an open conversation about if and how we can help.

Marco: “I have been involved in the shipping sector for over 10 years, previously working for one of the world’s largest couriers, supporting large domestic and international accounts with their shipping requirements. In my current role, I support a wide array of customers, whether it be small domestic parcels, through to large international freight (and everything in between). I also manage the relationships with our wider shipping network partners to ensure we remain consistent from both a solution offering and commercial perspective, thus allowing us to give the very best shipping and freight options to all of our customers.”
Matthew: “I spent over 12 years at two major logistics companies managing relationships with SME customers right through to large blue chip companies. Currently I specialise in helping customers reduce spending and improve service on both domestic and international shipping. Including everything from parcels and up to large freight.”
