Hi, I’m Malcolm. I’ve worked with all the major carriers in Logistics for over twenty years. My expertise is in delivering world-class service and support for our world-option customers.
I work and play hard ( I love of fishing & Golf! ) and enjoy spending time with my sons, who are keen sportsmen and keep me active!
Hi, I’m Rebecca. I’ve worked in Logistics for ten years with all the major carriers. My expertise is in business development and providing bespoke shipping solutions through our excellent shipping portal.
Outside of logistics, I love to travel, take pictures and make memories with my loved ones.
Why do you do what you do?
Rebecca: I enjoy meeting new customers and seeing their shipping grow confidently due to good, sound logistical support and advice. We only succeed when the customer thrives, so putting their needs first and foremost is vital.
What are you passionate about?
Malcolm: Logistics can often be a minefield to a new shipper, so I am passionate about developing long-term partnerships underpinned by our experience and drive to give customers consistently superior service.
How do you help your customer and what do you feel is key to the success of your business?
Malcolm: Aside from those mentioned above…we LISTEN to what our customers need. Also, as a multi-faceted platform, we are not tied to any single carrier, allowing customers to ‘shop around within the portal’ for the best possible outcome. Therefore, this is a crucial enabler for business success.
