My name is Billy Tiong and I am a franchise shipping consultant with World Options. I am motivated by my constant need for change, and my desire to try new things and take on new challenges. In my free time, I am always researching newer competitive ways to improve business operating efficiencies and marketing opportunities. When I am off work, I spend my time angling or playing golf.
What makes you passionate about your business?
Since young, I am sales-driven and goal-oriented. Having worked in different industries where I have provided analytical solutions to improve productivity, I can assist with any logistics queries and provide value-added service to all my customers. I am focused on problem-solving and creating a positive work relationship between my customers and me.
Can you detail your service offering? How do you help your customers?
Combined with the World Options portal, I am here as a one-stop shop for any kind of company with shipping or logistics needs. From assisting start-ups to grow into new markets to SMEs and larger corporations, my customers achieved huge cost savings through best practices and competitive shipping rates.
