My name is Chris Renwick. I work with my partner Nicola and our business partner Simon Emmins. Our son Joe Renwick also works in the business. We enjoy working together and have run our own business for many years. We have been a World Options Customer for a long time so know what a great partner World Options can be.
What makes you passionate about your business?
There is nothing better than running your own business, being your own boss and directly seeing the effects of your efforts. The logistics industry can be challenging at times but we love the diversity of our customers, developing an understanding of their business and shipping needs and helping them deliver a great service.
Can you detail your service offering? How do you help your customers?
We are focused on delivering the highest quality service to our customers. The World Options portal provides an easy way to compare pricing and book / track shipments. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional support, saving our customers money, but saving them time as well, we know first-hand how important this is for business owners.
How do you help your customers?
We provide our customers with access to discounted shipping rates through all of the main carriers, access to an easy-to-use portal for comparing prices, booking and tracking shipments and creating all the required paperwork.
On top of this, we are always available to help and support throughout the whole process to make sure our customers can focus on things that make a difference within their business.
What kind of experience did you have before becoming a World Options partner?
Our team has a myriad of experiences from marketing, sales, account management, admin and business development. We have working in shipping / logistics from the customer facing side for many, many years so know all the frustrations that can arise. Having been a World Options Customer we have experienced the direct benefits for a small to medium size business owner and hope to be able to provide the benefit of those experiences to our World Options Customers.
