Posting Car Tyres
Depending on the courier, metal parts and tires can be shipped without needing them to be packaged inside a box. To prepare tires for delivery, first deflate, then enwrap in cardboard. This will ensure that the tire won’t get stuck during processing or grip to a surface.

Pipes, Exhausts By Courier
Exhaust pipes and bumpers, due to their uneven shapes will need cardboard taped around any sharp or pointed corners. Then the part will need to be covered tightly in protective film or bubble wrap. Once completed, add the shipping label to the flattest side of the part.

Packaging Headlights Displays And Other Glass Components
Headlights, instrument displays, and items manufactured from the glass will need to be wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard, before being placed inside a box.

How To Send A Car Door
Extra care needs to be taken with car doors and panels, as they can sustain damage easily if packed incorrectly. Car doors should be sent in a reinforced box, wrapped tightly in film, edges and trim protected with cardboard and any available space remaining in the box stuffed with packing peanuts or air pillows.

Shipping Alloy Wheels
Wheels and alloy wheels should be packed individually and not as a group of four. Strongboxes and a significant amount of filler will need to be used.

Shipping Hubcaps
Hubcaps should be packed to the same specifications as car wheels — one by one in a durable box, with the box stuffed with protective filler. Cleaning fluids should not be placed together with hubcaps, as they are classified as a hazardous liquid and may discharge during delivery.

Shipping Car Bonnet
Bonnets can be a problematic item to send as boxes that the bonnet will be able to fit into can be hard to find. If you are unable to procure a box, then a wooden crate will be adequate.
