Can you detail your service offering? How do you help your customers?
We view your shipments as our own, monitoring until delivered. We have dedicated staff who will advise you of issues along the way from Customs clearance, address corrections etc so you can act as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.
What kind of experience did you have before becoming a World Options partner?
I have experienced all aspects of the industry from Same day, 15 van multidrop fleet, 3PL to Haulage. World Options is a lot less stressful.
