I am passionate about my business because it helps all different size businesses save money on their shipments. I take a personal approach and ensure all of our customers feel they are well looked after by myself and my team.
Why do you do what you do?
I stand out as a franchise owner because I make sure my customers know they can contact me any time of the day to ask any questions or solve any problems. Having worked in logistics all my life, I can understand their problems and find solutions.
How do you feel your offering makes a difference?
I try and be accessible to my customers as much as possible, my working day aims to be 8am to 5pm, but at times work outside of these hours. Always honest with customers, don’t use jargon and if there is a solution will suggest it. I will meet all customers in person if they request this, no matter their geographical location.

How do you help your customers?
I can provide my customers with a full range of the best suppliers by letting them compare rates, they can keep their costs to a minimum. I care about saving my customers money and making sure they feel they get the best service. Getting feedback on the service they have received is very important to me.
What kind of experience did you have before becoming a World Options partner?
I began as an apprentice and worked up to be a manager in one of the UK’s leading logistics businesses. This knowledge in transport and logistics allowed me to set up and grow a successful business of my own that is renowned for its service. This experience helps me to provide great service within the World Options franchise with a full range of market-leading services.
What do you feel is key to the success of your business?
My success comes from understanding what customers need and creating services that fulfil their requirements. We are prepared to be flexible responsive in all situations. Disappointing our customers is never an option. We enjoy what we do, we focus on service, and we only employ high-quality people.
How do you go the extra mile for your customers?
I will always make sure I try and get any problems resolved as quickly as possible, speaking with the Head Office myself to give the customer the outcome they wish for. We are available twenty-four seven, and always listen an respond to their needs.
