I have been working in Logistics for 20 years for major blue-chip companies. I started my own business with World Options. Although passion is a hugely overused word in business, I live and breathe my passion every day. Why do you do what you do?
Based in Cheshire UK, we offer international and domestic logistics and shipping services. We help SME Customers reduce cost, save time and improve efficiency, by streamlining their logistics needs through value-added logistics shipping solutions.
How do you feel your offering makes a difference?
I help SME businesses that are not looked after by the major carriers. Not only do I give them good rates, but I also provide a service tailored to their needs. I have been able to build good working relationships and connections with businesses in my local area.
Can you detail your service offering?
We partner with the ‘largest’ carriers in the world. Due to our bargaining power, we are able to offer our customers great solutions at significantly reduced rates by providing a multi-carrier online platform giving free access to compare competitive prices, manage shipping documentation and track & view all shipments. The portal offers seamless integration with all the major shopping carts and marketplaces.

What kind of experience did you have before becoming a World Options partner?
Logistics Consultant with over 20 years experience in programme development and implementation of logistics solutions. With a demonstrated history of working with major 3PLs and blue-chip clients such as Asda, McDonalds, Kingfisher, Pepsico and Marks and Spencer. delivering Business Change in various sectors including Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing. One of my career highlights was the successful delivery of a logistics solution for the 2012 London Olympics, a collaboration between UPS and Wincanton.
